DR LEWINN - DAY CREAM MOISTURISER REVIEW

So my latest new product in my experimental department is the "DR LEWINN DAY CREAM"
which comes in 116g and is supposedly the private formula day cream. What attracts me to this beauty product is that it's branded as a laboratory product which gives it a clean look to its product packaging. I guess that's how their products are differentiated in the market so their marketing penetration is through using its line as "private formula" hoping to gain more beauty and health conscious users.

The question to whether this product really works is based on my one week trial of testing this product out. What makes this day cream good is that the benefits include:

BENEFITS:
  • Assists in reducing visible signs of ageing around the eyes, forehead including lines and wrinkles.
  • Within one week, I saw a slight difference but not much to my complexion with a smoother look. To be able to achieve a full 100% complexion, you need to be applying this day cream for a full four weeks.
  • Contains many vitamins A, D, E, B Complex, Collagen, Apricot oil (just to name a few)
  • Doesn't contain any mineral oils.
  • Great to use when skin is experiencing dehydration and dryness and so it's better to keep moisturising the skin to retain moisture and elasticity. (Since there's collagen in the day cream, this will assist with the tightness and firming of skin.)
  • Good for males and females.
  • Great if you have sunburn burned skin.
  • Thick consistency so better coverage and faster absorbency
NEGATIVES:
  • No SPF in day creams
  • Pricey average $30 for 116g
  • Smell of cream may be bit too much for some
Overall it's a good product to experiment with as usually when I purchase my day creams they come with SPF so be sure to always wear SPF under your cream first. This was a unique cream to try.

WHERE TO BUY:
  • Chemist Warehouse
  • Department stores

I hope you have enjoyed this review!
