ANTIPODES: FEAT. KIWI SEED OIL EYE CREAM

Hello everyone!

I am so glad that you've returned here to read more of my exciting reviews. In this post, I will be looking to discuss about the Antipodes brand. If you're not familiar with the brand, here's a quick Antipodes lecture.

With the products being reviewed, they all made from New Zealand where they produce the most organic and natural products everYou can distinguish the Antipodes brand by its recyclable packaging which contains bioactive New Zealand botanical ingredients and where the product has used the most natural pure plant fragrances to develop their products. Antipodes was developed by founder Elizabeth Barbalich eight years ago. The good thing about Antipodes is that they're internationally stocked including: China, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, U.K, Italy, Canada, Slovenia, France and Australia including New Zealand. There are about 300 stores in New Zealand stocking Antipodes products.

For this review I will be chatting about the following Antipodes products:
  • Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil - Eye Cream
  • Antipodes Organic Lip Balm (Lime leaf & Cocoa butter)
So please keep on reading to see what I felt about these products...

Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil - Eye Cream

The Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil eye cream has been scientifically proven to stimulate Type 1 Collagen production in human cells fibroblast skin cells by up to 82%.

This is a lightweight type of eye cream where it provides a cooling treatment to your eye bags and dark circles. It's made for the delicate eye areas and the benefits of using this cream is that it will help to tighten the skin and smooth out any fine lines and wrinkles. The product has Vitamin C from Kiwi fruit present which makes the cream really refreshing and moisturising for your eye areas. I have found that by using the cream, that it's really moisturised the skin around my eyes and just helped by not making it look more tired.

The eye cream did not have any harsh or odd fragrance to it which was a pleasant factor to it. For those that do have sensitive skin, this eye cream will not be a problem as it has proven to be gentle and safe to use on skin. I found that by using this cream, there was NO redness or irritations experienced whatsoever. I am very impressed by this gentle Vitamin C packed eye cream. If you have damaged tissue around your eye areas, the eye cream will look to repair the broken skin barriers. The texture of the cream was very lightweight and I felt a cooling and soothing sensation when I did apply the cream onto my eye areas. I felt that my dark circles were lighter in complexion as compared to before applying it on.

I am also impressed by the additional ingredients of carrot seed oil, aloe vera and 100% avocado oil which all benefit your eye area by giving you more of a refreshing and gentle feeling. Some eye creams out there sting, but this particular eye cream gave me the best feeling to my eye areas at night. After a long day at work, all I want to do is rewind and relax  my skin, especially around my eye areas and I am so happy that his product has worked effectively for me.

The product packaging of the eye cream is presented in a recyclable box, which contains the 30ml glass jar with green labelling on it. It's a twist to open and close product so reaching in to get some product is very easy. However, for those who are conscious about hygiene, then I would recommend to just get a spoon to use to scoop out the contents. Other than that, the product is perfect and I would definitely look to repurchase this. Overall, I am giving the eye cream a 4.8/5 stars!
