[USING TEA TREE OIL ANTISEPTIC FOR MY ACNE BREAKOUTS] FEAT. THURSDAY PLANTATION TEA TREE OIL ANTISEPTIC!

HEY EVERYONE,

Acne is one of my main skin concerns, especially when it approaches that time of the month. I tend to get random acne from time to time, hence it's essential to have that emergency product when you really need it. Well...if I told you that Tea Tree Oil is an amazing antiseptic for acne, would you believe me?

Say hello to my favourite Tea Tree Oil Antiseptic by Thursday Plantation. It's a 100% pure product which means you get the best quality of a natural sourced product. It's made to be used for multi-purposes (as there are at least 100 ways you can use tea tree oil as part of your every day uses). However, personally I've used the tea tree oil antiseptic as a way to reduce further acne breakouts and inflammation of the skin which is why I will share my skin tips with you right below.

FOR SKIN PURPOSES

Can be used to minor cuts, burns, abrasions, pimples, boils and even bites to the skin.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE TEA TREE OIL ANTISEPTIC

It's said to be Australia's natural antiseptic as the Tea Tree oil is distilled from selected Melaleuca alternifolia leaves (which is essentially a plant native to the coastal region of northern New South Wales and south eastern Queensland, Australia).

HOW THE TEA TREE OIL WORKS

As you all may know the product is completely 100% pure. Being a 100% natural product, this makes it a very powerful antiseptic which looks to inhibit bacteria and fungi, whilst looking to cleanse and protect the skin abrasions. The Tea Tree Oil does not inhibit normal cell growth so it's totally healthy and safe to use on the skin. It also consists of antibacterial and antimicrobial compounds which effectively acts against any bacteria which can lead to acne breakouts. The Tea Tree oil works by absorbing deep into the skin to unclog the sebaceous glads which effectively clears pores, hence reducing further acne breakouts and inflammation of the skin.

Additionally, not only is the Tea Tree oil the perfect antiseptic for acne, but it's also effective for your household cleansing purposes as it kills 99.9% of household germs. As it's a pure 100% product, it is completely free from any nasties being SLS, parabens, synthetics and fillers. The reason why the Tea Tree oil antiseptic may be ideal for you is because it's an all natural acne treatment which means that there are no other chemicals present in it.

A few things to note before using this product is that to NOT use if you're pregnant or breast feeding without medical supervision. Don't use near the eye areas because this may cause further irritations. (It's not meant to be used around the eye areas so please take note). Furthermore, this is not suitable for children under 2 years old and should you be using it for children under 12 years old, make sure you do a skin patch test prior to using the product.

HOW I WOULD USE THE TEA TREE OIL ANTISEPTIC

Say you happen to find a boil pimple randomly near your chin and you're frantically panicking because you've got an event tomorrow night. Simply, use a cotton ear bud or pad and dispense a few drops of the tea tree oil onto it, and then apply that to the affected areas. By the next morning, you should notice reduced inflammation and the pimple may be smaller which is still better than nothing. Rest assured, the whole point of using the Tea Tree Oil antiseptic is to ensure that you cleanse the area to kill any bacteria in the affected areas to reduce further spread of acne.

Another way to use the Tea Tree oil is right after you cleanse and exfoliate. Fill a bowl with boiling water, organic green tea and approximately 5 drops of the Tea Tree oil. Place your head over the bowl with a towel to retain any of the steam. This process will ensure that your pores open up and leaves a clear complexion for acne prone skin.

OVERALL THOUGHTS

You never know when you might wake up with a pimple so it's always handy to have the Tea Tree Oil antiseptic by Thursday Plantation. This is definitely more of a natural way to combat further breakouts as it's a 100% natural product which means it's super safe and gentle for the skin. The reason why I love using this product is that there are still more ways to explore how I can potentially use the Tea Tree Oil. Of course, I had to experiment with using it as more of a personal care product to really see if this would suit my expectations and of course it did!
