[AUTUMN POST: SOME EVERYDAY DRUGSTORE ESSENTIALS I RECENTLY TRIED OUT FEATURING DOVE AND VASELINE SKINCARE PRODUCTS]

Happy Monday everyone,

Yes...it's the beginning of the week and I am already dreaming about what I'll be doing for this coming weekend. Here are some of my everyday essentials that I've recently tried out since the weather is a little cooler...

  • Dove's Summer Glow, Gradual Self Tan Body Lotion - RRP $10.49 (400ml) - This body lotion has been infused with moisturisers that are made to specifically give you a sun-kissed glow for your skin. It's perfect for Autumn coming because it won't be as hot as summer to achieve a natural tan, hence this is the perfect product to use if you're after a subtle self-tanner. This lotion works on a gradual basis that leaves your skin feeling very nourished as well as with a subtle sun-kissed colour. I tried out the shade in Medium to Dark Skin as I am looking to achieve more of a natural glow. It smells buttery and sweet which is appealing once you apply the gradual lotion onto your skin. For an even subtle tan, I would say look to apply this lotion on the skin every two days, otherwise it will be unnatural looking. So don't worry about looking to apply this on every single day, just every few days is enough per week in order to build a natural sun-kissed glow.

  • Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Strength - RRP $5+ (225ml) - This moisturiser contains micro droplets of Vaseline Jelly which aids the skin's surface as it looks to restore the appearance of dry and flaky skin. There is no fragrances associated with this particular moisturiser so it's definitely suitable for those with sensitive skin. I found this moisturiser to absorb really nicely onto the skin and it did not leave a sticky feeling behind which is ideal.

  • Dove, Invisible Dry Anti-white marks aerosol - RRP $5.49 (250ml) - The invisible dry is an anti-white mark deodorant that doesn't contain any alcohol. It also contains a quarter of moisturising cream that leaves your underarms feeling hydrated. Thank gosh this aerosol doesn't leave any marks on your clothes as it's translucent and so easy to use after a gym session or a run. The aerosol sprays on so easily and even smells like the Dove soap bar. The spray dries up very easily which is ideal if you're after a quick-dry fix.

What are your thoughts on the essentials above?

Have you tried any of them?

Cheers,
Livia x
