GET TGA APPROVED SUNSCREEN FOR THIS SUMMER FEATURING SOLAR D SUNSCREEN

Sunscreen is important for protecting us against skin cancer (sunburns) as well as preventing the signs of early ageing.

Once a product is regarded as TGA approved, it means that it means Australia standards of quality, safety and efficacy. It's also important to ensure that the sunscreens that we use are of high quality especially if you're located in a continent where there's high exposure to UVA and UVB sun rays.

Solar D sunscreen has recently achieved TGA approved on its UVB filtering formula. Now you can be rest assured that you're covered with the best quality and effective sun protection. All of the Solar D sunscreen products can found at your nearest Chemist Warehouse store or online here

Check out the range from Solar D below:

Everyday Active, (100ml and 200ml)

The Everyday Active is perfect for outdoors such as the beach, park or even picnics. It has a high SPF broad spectrum of 50+ and absorbs relatively quite fast on the skin. It doesn't leave any greasy feeling behind which is great if you're going to be out and about. This sunscreen is also suitable for sensitive skin and helps to protect your skin from sunburn.

Overall, I personally didn't experience any sunburns with using the Everyday Active sunscreen. It really helped to protect my skin from the harsh UVA and UVB rays and I love the fact that it doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or sticky at all.

Kids and Daily Face (200ml and 100ml)

With the Kids version, it's even suitable for those with sensitive skin, especially with their face and bodies. As with the Daily Face, it's made to be used under makeup or as an everyday face protection from the UVA and UVB rays. There are no harsh fragrances with this particular sunscreen so that's already an aspect I really like about it. If you do intend to use this sunscreen under makeup, make sure your foundation or base doesn't have a SPF rating of its own - only because this will negate the benefits of the Daily Face sunscreen.
