Health is wealth!

3. Limiting calories from ADDED sugars, saturated FATS and most importantly, reduce the SALT intake. You will be surprised at the amounts of hidden sugar, salt and other unnecessary fats present in packaged and processed foods. The goal is aim for amounts that fit within healthy eating patterns within your lifestyle. 

4. Shift to healthier food choices. I am not saying always go for salads when eating out, there's a wide range of healthy choices you can opt for, and it's all about educating yourself with nutrient-dense foods across the healthy food groups. 

5. Having a Support Network is essential. Having a close network of peers, friends, family and workmates who all support the eating healthy mentality helps so much especially when it comes to food choices. Some examples could be grabbing lunch with a workmate over a cafĂ© that stocks healthy options.
